Terms of service

These terms govern your use of craftpage at craftpage.app(the “service”), operated by craftpage. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You need an account to create pages. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at support@craftpage.app if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your content

The photos, text and other material you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it into the formats a page needs, and show it to the people you share a page with.

You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm that:

  • you own it, or otherwise have the right to use and share it;
  • sharing it through the service does not break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights, including the privacy of people appearing in your photos; and
  • it is not unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by clause 3.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • upload or share anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share;
  • impersonate someone else or misrepresent your association with anyone;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent the limits of the pack a page is on; or
  • resell or redistribute the service itself.

We may suspend or remove content or an account that breaches this clause. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

4. Packs, pricing and term

craftpage is sold as one-time packs bought per page. There is no subscription, no standing instruction and no automatic renewal — nothing is ever debited from you without you starting the payment yourself.

  • A pack applies to one page. Three pages means three purchases.
  • A pack raises how many slides that page may hold. Storage is a flat 10 GB per account on every pack, including Free.
  • A paid pack lasts 365 days from purchase. After that the page stops being publicly viewable until you renew it. Your content is not deleted — you keep access to it in your account, and renewing brings the page back.
  • Upgrading a page to a larger pack charges only the difference and raises the slide limit immediately. It does not extend the expiry date.
  • Renewing is charged at the pack’s price at the time you renew, which may differ from what you first paid.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown inclusive of GST at 18%.

We may change prices. A change never affects a pack you have already bought, for as long as its term runs.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PayU, a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Your payment is also subject to PayU’s own terms.

A pack is applied once the payment is confirmed by the gateway. If money leaves your account and the pack is not applied within a few minutes, contact support@craftpage.app with the transaction reference and we will resolve it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and your content safe, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may occasionally need to take it down for maintenance.

Please keep your own copies of anything important. The service is a way to present and share your photos; it is not a backup service.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the page in question in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your pages at any time. Deleting a page or an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund — see the refund policy.

We may suspend or end an account that materially breaches these terms. If we do so for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any pack on a pro-rata basis.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
